Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Cyclo Tour – Water Puppet Show – Night Train to Lao Cai (D)

Arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by friendly and enthusiastic local guides and drivers, we move to the hotel. After a short break, we will begin the trip by visiting the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Then we take a 1-hour cyclo around Hanoi Old Quarter and enjoy the Water Puppet Show. Having dinner at a local restaurant with specialties. After that, our guide picks you up and transfers to the Hanoi Railway Station for the night train to Lao Cai train station.

Day 2: Lao Cai – Bac Ha Market – Sapa Town (B, L, D)

Our guide and driver will pick you up at Lao Cai train station, then transfer to Bac Ha Town, and have breakfast on halfway. In the afternoon, we go for a trek to visit Ban Pho, home to H’mong minority, visit some local houses to have some corn wine, listen to the locals’ stories, talk to them, and enjoy the beautiful landscapes on the roundabout way to Bac Ha for get back to Lao Cai and continue up to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Muong Hoa Valley – Ta Van Village – Lao Cai (B, L, D)

After the soft breakfast at the hotel, we then begin from Sapa, through the Sapa market, Cat Cat village and eventually we get in Y Linh Ho village of Black H’mong minority, where we can take a short break and have lunch. After lunch, our trip leads toward Muong Hoa Valley to catch the majestic green rice terraces, then ahead to Ta Van Village of Giay minority by a trekking route.

We will return Sapa from Ta Van village by car, then be transferred back to Lao Cai by train. Overnight on the train.

Day 4: Hanoi Free – Departure (B)

Upon arrival in Hanoi in the early morning, you have a free morning to visit and shopping at Hanoi or leisure until our car arrives and takes us to the airport. Tour ends.
