Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be Lake – National Park (L, D)

Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and then transfer to Bac Kan – the province of Ba Be lake. We stop for lunch at a local food stall in Bac Kan Town, then we continue to go ahead to our destination – a small village of Tay minority people situated inside Ba Be National Park.

Arrive in the homestay and relax with a short walk around the park. We have a warm dinner and talk with the lovely hosts who share about the interesting culture and their daily life. After that, we get back for a delightful sleep in a traditional stilt house.

Day 2: Cruising Ba Be Lake – Trekking Village – Hanoi (B, L)

After breakfast, we start to discover the imposing majesty of the area on a locally handcrafted canoe. Have lunch at a local food stall near the waterfall, then continue canoe until our heart’s content into Ba Ba lake and its gorgeousness. After that, we have a light trek through ethnic minority villages, visit the locals and get back to Hanoi. Your day trip from Hanoi ends.
