Afternoon:
Next, we’ll journey to Xuan Lai Burnt Bamboo Furniture Village. This craft has existed for at least 150 years in the village. Under the skillful hands of village artisans, bamboo will turn into beds, benches, tables, lamps, trays, swings, and even creative bamboo pictures.
Finally, drive to the Dong Ho Painting Village. Here, you will discover the unique art of Dong Ho painting, a distinctive and traditional Vietnamese art form. The images are engraved on wooden blocks of varying sizes, and some larger prints require over twenty blocks assembled together. The paintings are printed on colorful paper made from bamboo, mulberry bark, or rhamnoneuron (Do paper).
Finally, come to Do Temple and enjoy Quan Ho Folk Songs. Bac Ninh is famous for its Quan Ho folk singing, which has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
