Full Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (L, D)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by the local guide and driver of Hanoi Local Tour who will take you to the hotel. After a short break, you have a 1-hour cyclo tour around Hanoi Old Quarter, we will then have lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, you have time to explore a lot of historical & cultural relics in Hanoi such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Museum of Ethnic Minority. Then we back to the hotel to prepare for a night train to Lao Cai. Have dinner while transfer to Lao Cai.

Day 2: Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat Village – Muong Hoa Valley – Sin Chai (B, L, D)

In the early morning, you’re picked up at Lao Cai Station to Sapa by minibus. Arrive in Sapa in the mid-morning, then have breakfast and relax at the hotel. After that, we start our fascinating Sapa tour.

The included orientation tour starts with Cat Cat, a small but bustling village located at the foot of Fansipan and home to H’mong people. From Cat Cat village, we follow splendid Muong Hoa valley through the rice terraces a small dwelling to Sin Chai, which is a little off the usual trekking route and less visited. You have time to visit and meet the locals, then transfer back to Sapa for accommodation.

Day 3: Lao Chai – Ta Van Village (B, L, D)

Start the day with the charming dawn in the village, have breakfast and depart the trip by trekking down the valley to see the hanging bridge, Muong Hoa river, and waterfall. We trek up the hill and through the rice terrace fields of Lao Chai to savor picnic lunch.

In the afternoon, we continue walking to Ta Van village, home to Giay people. You will have a chance to meet and find out the differences in cultures and costumes between Black H’mong and Giay minorities. Then get back to Sapa Town and back to Hanoi by train. Overnight on the train.

Day 4: Hanoi – Tuan Chau Island (B, L, D)

After breakfast, start the day by a flight to Tuan Chau Island by seaplane within 1 hour and join a picturesque scenery from the top view. Take a short rest, then we have lunch in a restaurant here. You have leisure time by yourself in a sandy artificial beach and other relaxations in Tuan Chau island. Overnight in Tuan Chau.

Day 5: Tuan Chau Island – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Savor a light breakfast, and then transfer to Halong Bay. Embark on outdoor activities in Halong Bay and then savor a delectable lunch while cruise among the hidden limestone island. After that, we have time to kayak in Halong Bay. In the mid-afternoon, return to the main boat and head back to Hanoi departure. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi Departure (B)

After breakfast served at your hotel in Hanoi, you have leisure time in the morning. Finally, our car will take you to Noi Bai Airport for your flight home. Tour ends.
